Victim stabbed outside Oakland Coliseum after A’s last game

(KRON) -- One person was stabbed outside Oakland Coliseum after the Athletics played their final MLB game in Oakland on Thursday afternoon, police said.
The stabbing happened at 4 p.m. in the 7000 block of Coliseum Way. A sold-out crowd of more than 45,000 baseball fans were at the Coliseum earlier in the afternoon cheering for the A's one last time.
According to the Oakland Police Department, officers found the victim in an East Bay hospital.
"When officers arrived, the victim told officers that they sustained their injuries in the 7000 block of Coliseum Way in Oakland," OPD wrote. Police did not release a suspected motive behind the attack.
