CLEARWATER, FL. (WPRI) — The U.S. Coast Guard saved a man and his dog that got into trouble as Hurricane Helene hit Florida on Thursday. The man was sailing in his 36-foot boat when it started taking on water about 25 miles off Sanibel Island. Watch the rescue in the video above.
