Gov. Roy Cooper speaks on Tropical Storm Helene in North Carolina

(WGHP) — North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper held a press conference to speak about Tropical Storm Helene and its impacts in North Carolina. Several Tornado Warnings have gone into effect in the Triad and most of central North Carolina is under a Tornado Watch. Severe flooding has been seen in the western part of the state as well.
