BAKERSFILELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is scheduled to host its National Night Out event on Oct. 1, 2024. The event will take place at Yokuts Park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Bakersfield spray parks close Sunday On Oct. 3, the department will hold a promotion ceremony start at 9 a.m. at the City Council Chamber, located at 1501 Truxtun Avenue. Both events are open to public.
