18yearold turns himself in as fourth suspect in Green Bay homicide case

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in Green Bay say an 18-year-old man has turned himself into police and was arrested as a fourth suspect in the deadly shooting on Berner Street.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, the 18-year-old turned himself in on Wednesday and was taken to the Brown County Jail.
This 18-year-old is now in custody along with the 18-year-old man arrested on Saturday and both the 18-year-old man and 22-year-old man who were arrested on Monday.

All four men were arrested for their alleged roles in an August 7 shooting on the 1200 block of Berner Street in Green Bay that led to the death of 21-year-old Brandon Ramirez.
Charges are said to have been referred to the Brown County District Attorney's Office and the Green Bay Police Department is not identifying any of the suspects at this time.
