It is listed at $7,995,000. The four-car garage, which has multiple car charges, also has a hydraulic lift to provide space for a fifth car. According to Mary Rae Hunter of Urban Durham Realty, the property's listing agent, there has been a "tremendous response" so far to the listing, with over 8,000 views for the property on real estate website Zillow alone since Sept. 4. Hunter also said a recent tour of the house by group NC Modernist brought in over 250 visitors in one day. "There is simply no home in the Triangle or indeed all of NC that has the detail and high-end finishings as 3322 Devon," Hunter said. "A buyer will truly get a masterpiece at far less than replacement cost where every last detail has been meticulously planned." The Gelbers are selling their home to move closer to family in Miami, Hunter said.
