West Monroe, N.Y. — Eastern equine encephalitis, a virus that led to the death of a New York resident last week, was found in a sample pool of mosquitoes in Oswego County, health officials said Wednesday.EEE was detected in a sample in the town of West Monroe, according to the Oswego County Health Department.
