SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- The suspect riding an ATV who hit a San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) officer back in February has been arrested, the department said in a news release on Tuesday. The incident initially occurred on Sunday, Feb. 11 when officers were notified of possible illegal activity after the Super Bowl. Officers were dispatched to a gas station on the 4200 block of Mission Street on a report of multiple individuals "recklessly" riding dirt bikes, and one of them was on an ATV (pictured below). Police added that the ATV driver "purposefully" collided with a pedestrian. Both the officer and pedestrian sustained non-life-threatening injuries. After obtaining a warrant for his arrest, SFPD arrested Julian Alberto Ulloagomez, 31, without incident on Aug. 29 at around 6:15 p.m. The San Francisco resident is facing charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer and filing a false police report. (Photo: SFPD) (Photo: SFPD) Ulloagomez was booked into a San Francisco jail on Aug. 30 at 12:48 p.m., according to county records. There was no bail amount set for his release. Ulloagomez's next court date is on Sept. 19, 2025. This remains an active investigation.
