CLEVELAND CO., NC – A Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office K9 found a missing elderly woman Tuesday afternoon. 911 operators got the call around 3:30 about a missing 74-year-old woman with dementia. Deputies immediately went to her house and started searching. K9 Deputy Mike Lawrence and his partner, K9 Karma, found the woman less than an hour later. She was tired, but otherwise ok.
