Tyre, N.Y. — Two box truck drivers were taken to a hospital after their vehicles crashed, closing part of the state Thruway in Seneca County Tuesday morning for four hours, troopers said.Justin Rice, 42, of Clyde, was driving a truck that collided with another truck on Interstate 90 East near Exit 41 (Waterloo/Clyde) around 8 a.m., according to Marissa Edwards, a spokesperson for the State Police.
