PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- A man missing out of Petersburg since Monday "may be armed and possibly suicidal," according to the Petersburg Bureau of Police. In a Sept. 24 missing person alert, police said 31-year-old Joshua Donovan was last seen at about 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23. His last known location is the 300 block of Low Street in Petersburg, possibly driving a gray Honda Civic with Virginia plates reading 'TNZ-9483.' According to police, Donovan "may be armed and [is] possibly suicidal." 31-year-old Joshua Donovan. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a white button-up shirt over a black t-shirt and black pants.
