LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man charged in connection to a fire that burned over 450 acres in Louisa County in March has been found guilty. On Tuesday, Sept. 24, James Grant League of Louisa County was found guilty of leaving a fire unattended, a class 3 misdemeanor, and careless damage to property by fire, a class 4 misdemeanor. The Louisa County Sheriff's Office told 8News that more charges are pending in relation to alleged animal abuse and neglect on League's Louisa farm.
