NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — All eight bulls that escaped from a rodeo at the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro on Sunday have been recaptured, but questions surrounding rodeos in the area remain. State Representative Adam Scanlon of North Attleboro announced that he is looking into improving public safety regulations following the incident. "I am looking forward to touching base with all of the stakeholders involved," Scanlon told 12 News on Tuesday. "I want to make sure that these events are kept safe, no one is injured, the animals are okay and property isn’t damaged."
