SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The Washington Pavilion announced a change to its Dakota Academy of Performing Arts. The program is rebranding and will now be called "Spotlight Theatre Company." Leaders at the Washington Pavilion says the change better reflects the program goals… and marks the next chapter in performing arts education in the community.
