Content Warning: Details may be disturbing for some viewers. SEMINOLE, Okla. (KFOR) — Cody Barlow was back in court today after his jury selection was finalized Monday. Barlow is facing two counts of indecent acts and four counts of indecent proposals to a child under 16. The former principal of Wewoka Middle School has already faced a federal trial. The nearly $2 million settlement was reached back in April. Jury selection begins for trial of former Wewoka middle school principal On Tuesday, Barlow was forced to listen as multiple witnesses and investigators took the stand. Teachers who worked at Wewoka Middle School at the time of the alleged incidents testified along with two of the three victims. One victim told the jury that in 2022 he would talk back to teachers, then be sent to Barlow’s office. In the office, the victim claimed Barlow would rub the victim’s thigh and say everything would be okay. The victim said this happened multiple times. At one point, Barlow allegedly touched him in a sexual manner under his shorts, over his underwear. Wewoka Middle School principal charged with sexually assaulting two students; more victims expected The second victim shared a similar story. Both victims told the court they left Wewoka Middle School due to other people talking about the victims saying quote “you got Barlow’d”. An OSBI agent also took the stand. He showed the jury more than 20 video recordings from two motion sensor Ring cameras inside Barlow's office back in 2022.  The agent explained some of the videos show Barlow allegedly spanking kids and pulling up their pants at their waist. Cross examination from the defense asked questions to both victims claiming their testimony wasn’t consistent from the preliminary trial to now. Former Wewoka Middle School principal faces new lawsuit The trial will continue Wednesday morning. The judge believes on Friday, the jury will hear witness testimony from the defense and closing arguments.
