OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Death Row inmate Emmanuel Littlejohn is making a final appeal to Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt while his execution is set for this week. Emmanuel Littlejohn has spent 30 years on death row for the murder of convenience storemanager Kenny Meers who was shot and killed during a robbery in 1992. Oklahoma's Pardon and Parole Board recommended clemency for Littlejohn in a recorded message released on Monday. Littlejohn is asking Governor Stitt to spare his life.
