The Louisiana State Police reported that its Special Victims Unit launched an investigation into 35-year-old Jacob Breaux in May after he was suspected of possessing child pornography in St. Charles Parish. Thibodaux man sentenced in child sexual abuse material possession case On Monday, Sept. 23, LSP investigators searched Breaux's Des Allemands home. He was then arrested and booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Facility. Breaux faces 50 counts of possession of child sex abuse material under the age of 13 and possession of marijuana. The investigation is ongoing, and the LSP did not release additional information.
