NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Weather spotters observed a tornado in Ligonier Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. A Tornado Warning was issued in parts of Noble, LaGrange and Steuben counties at multiple points starting around 4:40 PM until roughly 6:15 PM. According to the National Weather Service, the tornado was located over Ligonier at 4:25 PM heading northeast at 20 mph.
