FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Another 18-year-old faces a murder charge in an August shooting on Winter Street. Donavon Gonzalez is charged with murder, felony murder and robbery, according to Allen Superior Court documents filed Tuesday. Gonzalez and another suspect allegedly chased down a man in the 4400 block of Winter Street just before 6 a.m. on Aug. 26. That other suspect, 18-year-old Dairyon McClendon, is accused of shooting and killing the victim. McClendon faces the same charges as Gonzalez. The coroner identified the victim as 20-year-old Damarion Lundy.  Gonzalez - at times referred to in court documents as “Don” - is accused of using a witness' phone to take a picture of Lundy’s body after the shooting, as shown on security footage. That witness said Gonzalez and McClendon allegedly destroyed Lundy’s phone, according to court documents. McClendon was booked into the Allen County Jail. It's unclear if Gonzalez has been arrested.
