Copper Union will celebrate the grand opening of its new pickleball club in Mt. Washington on Oct. 4 and 5, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The club will welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced competitors, and will have a café offering food and beverages courtesy of Copper Café.Open to the public, amenities at Copper Union will include eight outdoor pickleball courts with lights; equipment rentals; lessons and clinics for all skill levels; social events and tournaments; private party and event space; and food and beverages.“We are thrilled to open the first of our Social Clubs in Baltimore,” said Chip Watkins, Managing Partner of Copper Union. “We believe that pickleball is a sport for everyone, which is why we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all who visit.
