LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP)-- Drivers should plan for delays and detours as Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) crews conduct overnight paving Monday in Ludlow. Senators call for special investigation into death of Mass. State Police recruit The I-90 eastbound exit 54 on and off-ramps will be closed from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the I-90 eastbound service plaza will be closed from 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. During the ramp closures, posted detours will be in place.
