A stretch of I-95 northbound was closed at the Girard Point Bridge in Philadelphia due to a police investigation and crash, officials said. Léelo en español aquí Footage from SkyForce10 late Tuesday morning showed at least two vehicles damaged on the lower level of the bridge as well as a state police vehicle and multiple investigators. I-95 northbound was closed between Exit 13 and Exit 17 due to an accident response, according to the Office of Emergency Management. Pennsylvania State Police also told NBC10 they are investigating a “possible shooting” on the bridge but did not reveal any additional details. Officials have not yet revealed if anyone was seriously injured. Lanes began to reopen early Tuesday afternoon. The Girard Point Bridge is a double-decked bridge located near Philadelphia International Airport and the South Philadelphia Sports Complex.
