Homebuilder Level Homes purchased 10 lots in the gated Water’s Edge community along Nicholson Drive near Bluebonnet Boulevard as part of the community’s second filing. According to a deal filed Monday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office, the company purchased the lots from Water’s Edge LLC through Level Construction & Development LLC for just over $966,000. Thomas Murphey represented Level Construction & Development and Thomas Bradley represented the seller. The purchased lots are along Foreshore Avenue and Shore Beck Drive, according to sales documents. Water’s Edge is located within Lexington Estates and offers 16 buildable floor plans for three– and four-bedroom homes priced from $394,000 to $505,000.
