Corn & Pumpkin Weekend will take place Oct. 5 and 6, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, at Lake Metroparks Farmpark. Attendees can enjoy traditional harvest demonstrations and corn maze adventures plus hands-on activities like pumpkin bowling, corn husk crafts and pumpkin painting, according to a news release. Guests can also eat corn and pumpkin soup, sip apple slushies, meet friendly farm animals and more. Festive displays and popular Farmpark attractions such as horse shows and wagon rides will also be available for guests to enjoy. Pony rides will be offered for $6, weather permitting. The event is included in Farmpark admission of $7 to $9. Farmpark members, children younger than 2 and active military and their families receive free admission.
