The Latest Northeast Wisconsin Forecast From Storm Team 5... Good Morning! It is going to feel quite like the new season today as cloud coverage continues to take over a good majority of the area and in these clouds could be an isolated shower or sprinkle. Temperatures once again will sit right at average today. An area of low pressure to our south is bringing in the cloud coverage today and a trough of low pressure to our west is what has been transporting the cooler batch of air we saw yesterday that lasts into today. That rain chance should not be widespread and will be very brief in nature, so not guaranteeing the rain for any certain spot today. The cloud coverage will hold together the most Green Bay, through the Valley and along the lakeshore. If we see peaks of sun today, it will be areas north and west of the valley. Highs today will be in the mid 60s and to those who see the peaks of sun could reach close to or at 70. Overnight, clouds clear and patchy fog will develop, especially in areas that see some rain today. Lows will be in the upper 40s to around 50. High pressure regains control tomorrow and through the rest of the week. Mostly sunny skies Wednesday lead to plentiful sunshine Thursday. Highs will reach the middle and upper 70s beginning tomorrow, some spots possibly reaching 80! Our next rain chance comes late in the weekend into the start of next week, but at this time its unsure as to the amount of coverage as it all depends on what happens with a potential tropical cyclone forming in the Caribbean after it makes landfall. Something to monitor.
