TOPEKA (KSNT) - It's Downtown Restaurant Week in Top City. From now until Saturday, Sept. 28, 10 small businesses lining South Kansas Avenue are showcasing new items that haven't hit menus yet. The restaurants are also offering customers exclusive discounts and deals. Party City in Topeka to close its doors early 2025 A Greater Topeka Partnership spokeswoman, India Yarborough, explains the significance. "We want our downtown to truly be continue growing and thriving we have to be willing Ing to support that. And to step up and dine in these establishments," Yarborough said.
