On Monday, Utah State finalized an agreement to join the Pac-12. Counting Utah State's defection, the Mountain West and Pac-12 are currently down to seven members. The minimum amount of teams required to remain a conference in the NCAA is eight. Air Force and UNLV initially committed to remain in the Mountain West, but according to multiple reports, Utah State's departure has caused UNLV to reconsider joining the Pac-12.
