The arrival of fall has come at the same time as the arrival of much cooler air. You can expect highs in the 70s all week long. Additional periods of scattered rain and t-storms are in the forecast from now through the day on Tuesday. Latest on tornado touchdown in Jay County Sunday night Tuesday's early morning temps will be as low as the low 60s. Our afternoon highs will be in the low 70s. It'll be another cloudy, gray day around the region. Tuesday's highs will reach the low 70s. With the day's periods of scattered rain and storms, rain accumulations in many areas will be a half-inch and less. However, the scattered t-storms that are expected could bring pockets of heavy rain to some cities and towns. So, some areas may end up getting a bigger soaking and receive more than a half-inch. Some areas pick up light amounts of rain, while pockets of heavy rain soak other spots with more than an inch of precipitation, between now and early Wednesday morning. Once Tuesday's rain chances end by midnight into Wednesday morning, we'll experience a lull in rain chances until the weekend. Saturday has just a slight shower chance with a slightly higher potential coming on Sunday.
