FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Police Department identified the 40-year-old man who was shot and killed in southeast Fresno Sunday. Police say the man who was shot and killed was 40-year-old Ricardo Martinez Olguin. Investigators say just after 4:00 a.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 4400 Block of East Floradora.  When officers arrived they found Olguin lying beside his bicycle in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.  Olguin, who was conscious when officers arrived, said that he had been shot by an unknown person on a bicycle.  Olguin was transported to Community Regional Medical Center where he later died.
