Central NY town judge resigns after complaint filed against him

Syracuse, N.Y. – A Geddes town judge has decided to resign after he was notified that a complaint was filed against him with the state saying his health was impacting his performance in court.John D. Kinsella, 83, sent his resignation letter to the Geddes town supervisor on Aug. 26. He will officially leave office on Sept. 30.
