ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – On Monday, an Albuquerque middle school was evacuated. Staff members had reported seeing smoke. Fire crews said the fire alarm was pulled just after 9 a.m. When crews arrived, they saw a light haze near an HVAC unit that was under maintenance. No students or fire crew members were injured. The cause of the smoke is still unknown.
