The Planning Commission will meet Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.Agenda highlights, courtesy of the city, include:  New Park City Community Center Review and Discussion Commissioners will receive an update on plans for a new Park City Community Center. The city says the 15,000-square-foot, single-story building will better house youth programming and feature outdoor recreation opportunities including volleyball courts, a basketball court, a fenced playground area and an outdoor patio. It will replace the older facility located in City Park.Proposed Deer Valley Employee Housing ProjectDeer Valley proposes constructing either a three-story structure with 201 beds or a four-story structure with 243 beds at 1555 Lower Iron Horse Loop. The Commission will conduct a work session and provide input to the applicant regarding direction on the project. Park and Kearns Development (Formerly Yarrow) Revisions Commissioners will review revised plans for the “Park and Kearns” project. Based on the Commission’s Sept. 11 feedback, the Planning team report includes a parking analysis and the applicant’s proposed changes to open space configurations and features.
