PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence police are asking for the public's help finding a homicide suspect following a stabbing last week. Shabree Lovett (Courtesy of the Providence Police Department) Around 3:48 p.m. on Friday, Officers found 34-year-old Brian Clements on Chalkstone Avenue with a stab wound to his chest. Clements was initially taken to the hospital in critical condition but died on Monday, marking the city's ninth homicide of the year.
