BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A portion of S. Allen Road will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 25, due to a paving project, the city announced. The southbound lane between Ming Avenue and White Lane will be closed, from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. that day. However, northbound traffic will be allowed through the intersections of White Lane and S. Allen Road.
