Matt Hirschman rolled into the Race of Champions victory lane for a record ninth time Sunday afternoon at the Lake Erie (Pennsylvania) Speedway.This 74th running of the Race of Champions 250 event for pavement modifieds is the longest-running, continuous short-track racing program in the country.
