A deadly wrong-way crash in July claimed three lives, including that of 20-year-old Koree Alcoser and an off-duty Bexar County sheriff's deputy, also 20. Now, Alcoser's father is suing four San Antonio bars, arguing that they over-served the driver who allegedly caused the fatal collision.
