MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Two shootings happened back to back early Monday morning, leaving three people injured in South Memphis, police say. Officers say they responded to the first shooting a little before 1:30 a.m. at 656 South Parkway East, at the Crowne Entertainment and Banquet hall. A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. The owner of the venue told Memphis Police that the shooting started after the owner told three men from a group called Outcast Motorcycle Club that they could not enter the venue with certain colors on.  The owner says after four more men arrived, yelling started, and moments later, shots rang out.  He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but police say he is now in non-critical condition. Officers say they were called out to the second shooting around 2:15 a.m. at the Cane Creek Apartments on 1590 Cane Meadow Circle. Two people were found suffering from injuries and taken to Regional One in non-critical condition. Memphis Police said the shooting happened because one person became angry after not receiving money for giving his friend a ride. This is still an ongoing investigation.
