Police Lights (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)PLEASANT DALE–(KFOR/KOLN-TV Sept. 23)–A reported standoff early Monday in eastern Seward County has ended, after one person was held hostage and eventually released, while the suspect was taken into custody. According to KFOR’s media partner, 10/11 News, the Nebraska State Patrol said this stemmed from a domestic issue along Highway 103 between the Highway 6 roundabout and Van Dorn Road in the Pleasant Dale area. The person that was held hostage is now safe. The investigation is ongoing. More details are expected to be released later.
