KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- One teenager is dead and two others are injured after a crash on Interstate 70 in Blue Springs Saturday night. The crash happened around 8:45 p.m. Saturday on I-70 near Northwest Woods Chapel Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Police investigating after man dies from ‘bodily trauma’ in Kansas City Troopers said a 17-year-old boy was driving a Toyota Tacoma when he "cut in" on a man driving a Lexus. Paul McLaughlin, 70, was driving the Lexus and hit the front passenger side of the Toyota. The Toyota then began to flip and all passengers were ejected, including a 15-year-old boy who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to MSHP. The 17-year-old driver and 19-year-old Kevin Pacheco were also ejected. Both of them have serious injuries. McLaughlin was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seatbelt.
