According to court records, 59-year-old Brent Clayburn is also charged with three felony counts of criminal confinement and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. The charges stem from a Sept. 15 incident on Silver Fox Drive. Police responded to a shots fired call; a woman said someone rang the doorbell around 10:30 p.m. She checked and found Clayburn, her ex-husband, standing outside and let him in. Clayburn quickly punched her and said "something to the effect of, 'One of us is going to die tonight,'" according to court documents.
