EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Way out West festival is just days away from making a big return to Downtown El Paso. Headliner Billy Currington and country artists including Chase Bryant, Kassi Ashton, Trea Landon and more will take over the El Paso stages set on several streets surrounding the Convention Center in Downtown.
