BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen on Saturday. The department said Barbara Amy Garcia was last seen around 8 p.m. in the 6200 block of Wible Road, just north of Panama Lane. Investigator say she stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs 105 pounds. Barbara has black hair (possibly wearing a black wig), and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, white shirt and dark blue jeans.
