GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) - The Glynn County Police Department (GCPD) has arrested two men following a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning. GCPD responded to calls of shots fired just outside Moonshiners Grill & Still on Harrison Lane just before 3 a.m. Sunday morning. After conducting an on-scene investigation, it was determined via witness statements that Kendrick Taylor and Tony Marshall fired three shots at a passing vehicle following a verbal altercation with the vehicle occupants. Taylor was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, DUI Less Safe, and Felony Probation Violation. Marshall was charged with Party to the Crime of Aggravated Assault. Nelson was arrested for DUI Less Safe due to being intoxicated while in the operation of a motor vehicle. No one was injured in the shooting.
