GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — All lanes of Interstate 73 North are closed as the result of a crash with injuries, according to the Greensboro Police Department. The crash occurred near Exit 100 for Gate City Boulevard. Traffic camera footage shows heavy congestion on I-73 North as a result of the crash. Police are still at the scene investigating.
