FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Monday!
Following some early morning showers, we'll see mainly dry conditions the rest of our Monday, with cloudy skies and a muggy feel. Highs fall back to the upper 70s. It's not the last of the rain, thankfully! We have more showers moving in overnight and into our Tuesday.
Expect light and scattered showers Tuesday morning, with a bit of a mid-morning lull, and then heavier showers and thunderstorms roll in Tuesday afternoon and evening. This looks to be a widespread rain day, with most areas seeing rain at some point. Highs stick in the upper 70s with a muggy feel.
A few showers linger into Wednesday, but they'll be fairly scattered, with gradual clearing. Highs remain in the upper 70s.
We'll see drier conditions settling in for Thursday, with partly sunny skies, and highs back close to 80.
We're watching the development of a system in the tropics, which may bring us some rainfall once again as we head late Friday into part of the weekend. As this system becomes better-organized, the timing and path will become more clear.
