BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) -- The East Mountain community gathered for a day of entertainment, family, and a whole lot of thanks to the first responders who make their community safe. The celebration centered around the themes of fire safety awareness and first responder appreciation, but it also offered attendees the chance to enjoy some music, a car show, and educational demonstrations.
