BERTHOLD, ND (KXNET) — A 42-year-old man from New Town, who was wanted for felony warrants, is facing additional charges after his arrest during a traffic stop in Berthold. The Berthold Police Department says it happened earlier this month and that Justin Frederickson was wanted for aggravated domestic violence. Police arrested Frederickson and took him to the Ward County Jail. In addition to the felony warrants he faces, he's now also charged with alcohol-related reckless driving and driving under suspension.
