Water was temporarily shut off at several buildings at San Diego State University on Sunday morning after a water main broke, campus officials said.
The university’s Facilities Services workers responded to the break around 9:30 a.m. on Aztec Circle Drive, on the north side of campus between the Facilities Services building and the Donald P. Shiley BioScience Center.
As crews responded to the break, the university turned off the water in the Art South and Art North buildings, Donald P. Shiley BioScience Center and the Facilities Services buildings. No other areas on campus have been impacted by the break. Water service to on-campus residences is unaffected, officials said.
Sections of Aztec Circle Drive were also closed to traffic.
