WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a teen was shot in Northeast D.C. on Sunday afternoon. MPD said that at about 1:20 p.m., it was at the scene of a shooting in the 1600 Benning Road. MCPD: Person found dead inside home in Gaithersburg Once on the scene, officers found a teen who had been shot. He was conscious and breathing.
