VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Two men were stabbed and another was arrested at the Visalia Rescue Mission Saturday evening, the Visalia Police Department announced. Police say around 5 p.m. they responded to the Visalia Rescue Mission for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, responding officers reported two men suffering from stab wounds. The suspect was identified as 60-year-old Claudio Banderas and was arrested at scene. Investigators say the two victims and Bandera were transported to a local hospital. One victim remains in critical condition. Detectives say once Banderas is released from the hospital he will be booked under suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
